We made it! Today is the final edition of my Christmas Cookie Collection!! While it’s been a fun week, it’s probably a good thing it’s coming to an end because I’m pretty sure I’ve gained at least five pound this week. #somanycookies
Before we get to the final recipe, let’s just take a minute to reminisce about all the deliciousness ….
#1 : Whipped Shortbread Cookies
These melt in your mouth shortbread cookies are the cream of the Christmas cookie crop!
#2 : Oreo Rum Balls
These decadent, fudgy rum balls make the perfect bite sized adult treat!
#3 : Ginger Snap Cookies
These ginger snap cookies are soft, chewy and just the right mix of sweet and spicy!
#4 : No Bake Sweet Marie Bars
These Sweet Marie bars are proof that chocolate + peanut butter + Rice Krispies = heaven!
And last, but most certainly not least …
#5 : White Chocolate Peppermint Christmas Crack
This treat takes allllllllll the good parts of Christmas baking and throws them together in one dish. It’s got chocolate, caramel, candy canes, a dash of salt and allllllll the sugar. They are also realllllly easy to make, which is a good thing because we only have 3 days to Christmas!!!
Friends, I wish you and your families a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Stay safe and enjoy the time with your family and friends! I will be back to the blog after Christmas talking about New Years resolutions.
