White Chocolate Peppermint Christmas Crack

The taste of Christmas in one bite! This treat combines together white chocolate, caramel, and candy canes for a totally decadent addition to the holiday cookie tray :D

  • 40 Saltine Crackers
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 6 Candy Canes


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with tin foil, and cover with saltine crackers, salt side up.
  3. Combine butter and brown sugar in a small pot on the stovetop and bring to a rolling boil.
  4. Pour mixture over saltine crackers, and use a knife to spread evenly over the crackers.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the crackers and put back in oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the chocolate evenly with a knife. While still hot, top with broken candy cane pieces.
  8. Let cool in refrigerator for min 30 minutes. Once hardened, break into pieces and ENJOY!
